How Does CarTow Verify Tow Truck Captains?
Quick answer
Before anyone can drive for CarTow, we verify their identity (KYC), run a background check, confirm they hold a valid UAE driving licence and inspect their tow truck. Captains are trained before they start and audited regularly afterwards. Drivers rate every job, and captains currently average 4.8 out of 5.
Identity (KYC)
We confirm who every captain is before their account goes live.
Background check
Captains have to clear a background check to join.
UAE driving licence
A valid UAE driving licence is a must. We check it ourselves.
Truck inspection
Each tow truck is inspected before it can be used on a CarTow job.
