Download CarTow, sign up with your UAE number and car details, then drop your pin and choose a nearby captain by rating and ETA. You can watch the truck on the map, pay the captain in cash at the price you agreed and rate the job at the end. No app? A WhatsApp message works too.
Download CarTow
Search for CarTow on your phone's app store. It's on iPhone, Android and Huawei.
Sign up
Add your UAE mobile number, name and car details. A 6-digit SMS code confirms it's you.
Request a tow
Drop your pin, compare nearby captains by rating and ETA, choose where the car is going and confirm.
Watch them arrive
The truck moves on your map in real time. Need a word? Call or chat with the captain from the app.
Pay in cash
Once your car is dropped off, hand the captain the amount you agreed at the start.
Rate the job
Give your captain a star rating. It only takes a second and keeps standards high.

Do I have to download the app to book a tow?
